When girls believe in their own power, everything changes. Lean In Girls is a free, flexible leadership program helping girls ages 11–15 build confidence, embrace challenges and unlock their full potential. 

Designed for easy implementation, Lean In Girls includes ready-to-use facilitator guides, hands-on activities and discussion-based lessons that school counselors nationwide are successfully using as a Tier 2 intervention – with 95% reporting meaningful gains in student voice, engagement and self-advocacy.
