Squad Up! Collaboration to Support Student Success

Data can be a scary four letter word for school counselors. However, in this session school counselors will learn how to befriend data to truly make an impact on student success. School counselors do not work in isolation, and with the help of our educational partners in the building, our “squad”, collaboratively we can maximize outcomes for our students. A collaborative approach along with additional tools, strategies and resources can influence student attendance, achievement and behavior. School counselors will also learn how to use data more effectively in implementing appropriate tiered services and programming for students.
