How do I register for Conference if I have a purchase order (PO)?

GSCA does not accept purchase orders for registration or for payment.  On the Check Out window for the event, select Invoice; an invoice will be emailed to you.  Payment forms accepted are credit cards, checks, and ACH.

If I need to have a Purchase Order (PO) number added to my invoice, what should I do?

Please send an e-mail with your name, invoice number, and your purchase order number to info@gaschoolcounselor.org and we can edit your invoice.

If I need to have the address changed on an invoice, what should I do?

Please send an e-mail with your name, invoice number, and the complete new address for the invoice to info@gaschoolcounselor.org and we can edit your invoice.

How can I update the organization on my profile?

You can update your organization/employer by logging in to your Member Compass and updating your Profile.  Backspace out your current organization and then start typing the name of your new organization.

If I need to mail a check for payment, what address should I use?

Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for mailing checks to arrive at the GSCA office.  If the event you are attending is in less than 2-3 weeks, please bring the check with you to the event.  All checks mailed should include your invoice number and/or name so that they can be applied to the correctly.

My employer is mailing a check to pay my invoice.  How can I check to see if payment has been received and applied to my invoice?

To check the status of your invoice, login to your Member Compass and review the Account History tab.  Payments mailed can take 2-3 weeks to reach the office.  We apply checks as soon as they are received.

How can I get a copy of GSCA's W-9?

I need a copy of my dues invoice or a receipt of payment.  Where can I find this?

Login to your GSCA account and select the Accounting Tab in your Member Compass

My name has changed. How can I update my profile?

Email the GSCA office with your current name and new name and we will update your profile.

Where can I find my Member ID number?

GSCA does not issue Member ID numbers.

How can I get a Membership card?

GSCA does not issue Membership cards.

Is Liability Insurance included with GSCA membership?

GSCA does not offer professional liability insurance as part of its member benefits. We suggest reaching out to ASCA as their member benefits do include liability insurance
